1. Data Management and Document Archiving Establish and maintain an efficient electronic/physical archiving system to manage procurement contracts, reports, and communication records Maintain the supplier database and Approved Vendor List (AVL), ensuring data accuracy Generate basic data analysis reports and presentation materials to support team decision-making 2. Supplier Communication and Travel Coordination Arrange external activities such as supplier meetings, audits, and trade show visits Coordinate team travel approvals and logistics (airfare, accommodations, etc.) Handle daily correspondence and RFQ communications with suppliers 3. Project Support and Document Processing Participate in supplier visits, trade shows, and internal meetings, and draft detailed minutes Translate meeting notes and documents (Chinese-English) Assist in preparing requests for quotation (RFQs) and cost comparison analyses Future： Learning and Development Systematically study strategic procurement, supplier management, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis Gain knowledge of the Asia-Pacific procurement market and gradually take on procurement tasks independently Receive regular feedback from the team and develop a personal development plan

• Solid education (Bachelor), experience in the field of business administration is preferred • Good command of English is required • Readiness to take on responsibility • Organizing ability and service-oriented attitude • Ability to communicate and to work in a team
