岗位职责
Local Sales: Manage domestic commodities clients and sales projects to achieve AJ China domestic sales target. Support MD in expanding sales activities in China and possible neighbour countries (Mongolia, South Korea….
Import/Export support: work with HQ sales/sales back and plant team to manage all the logistics and im-port/export tasks.
Contract management: Ensuring an up-to-date overview of all contracts and their status as a basis for account management by the sales department.
Administration and logistical handling of deliveries on call by customers in cooperation with external carriers.
Creating complete and correct shipping documents (delivery notes, waybill, customs documents, accompany-ing documents) for all transportations and all deliveries on call by customers in order for a correct sales pro-cessing and documentation thereof.
Gathering, editing, providing and explaining data to other departments (e.g. sales, procurement, production).
Periodic reviewing which data is needed by the different departments.
Selecting, leading, motivating and developing direct reports.
Keeping good relationship with local officers who are related to our exporting and domestic sales business.
Completing other assignment as VP Sales Commodities or MD China required.
Compliance: To comply with the applicable *** Compliance guidelines.
Comply with the Golden Rules as defined in the *** Health & Safety Guideline.
任职资格
Educations and training:
University degree, preferred major in business/logis-tics/food processing.
Skills / professional experience:
5+ years as sales manager and 3+ years as logistics or trading supervisor above in Food/Food ingredient/Chemi-cal or FMCG industry, juice industry is preferred.
Excellent communication/multi-tasking and problem solv-ing skills.
Language skills:Chinese (mother language),English (fluent).
