Manage supply chain in line with key performance indicators and within site budgets. 1.Drive company wide programs that improve supply chain performance and reduce supply chain costs. 2. Maintain adequate and accurate material inventory, to fulfill current work orders, whilst ensuring inventory levels are kept to a minimum 3. Manage MRP system to plan material requirements and capacity planning, in line with customer requirements. 4.Lead the team and do customer service well. 5. Prepare inventory and planning reports to show inventory reduction progress, cost reduction plans and lead-time improvements, in accordance with Lean principles. 6. Report results on actual performance on weekly and monthly basis, identifying and implementing change for improvement. 7. Ownership of the MPS process to assure that Customer demand is Planned Smoothly, accurately and with minimum disruption. 8. Forecast tracking for factory loading 9.Reconciliation with Finance department on all Invoicing Queries 10. Lead import and Export team complete booklet verification work 11. Lead team meet AEO requirement 12. Management routings on daily lean improvements and actions follow up 13.Responsibility to lead by example.
