岗位职责/Job Summary: 1.Manufacturing processes quality control, assist in each production lines to control product quality, judge the defect, hold on and rework; manage the Quality Lab and third-party testing (GLP, Fire, VOC, etc.). 生产过程质量控制，协助生产线完成产品检验、不良判定、隔离及返工；管理实验室及第三方测试（GLP、防火、VOC等）。 2.Assist in maintaining and updating the quality system according to ISO regulation; support internal and external system audits. 根据ISO要求，协助维护与更新质量体系；支持内审及外审。 3.Handle customer complaints and conduct site visits as necessary; provide comprehensive support to the CS team in meeting special customer requirements. 处理客户投诉，必要时进行现场拜访；为内部客服团队提供全面支持，以满足客户特殊需求。 4.Collect, analyze and summarize data to identify issues and drive improvements. 收集、分析并总结数据，识别问题并驱动改善。 5.Maintain communication with the Shaw Global Technical and Quality teams on sample submission and testing follow-up; prepare technical and quality reports. 与美国总部技术及质量团队保持沟通，跟进样品提交与测试结果；编制技术与质量报告。 6.Maintain and manage product-related technical documentation; understand domestic and international standards applicable to carpet and flooring products. 维护并管理产品技术文档；了解地毯及地板产品适用的国内外标准。 7.Establish and maintain a training system for sales teams and dealers; provide technical support for sales-related projects. 建立并维护销售团队及经销商培训体系；为销售相关项目提供技术支持。 8.New staff training and other quality trainings. 新员工培训及其他相关质量培训。 9.Complete other tasks from Quality Manager. 经理交待的其他事项；

Job Requirements/工作要求： 1.Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in a quality role. 本科及以上学历工程相关专业背景，3年以上质量岗位工作经验。 2.Familiar with ISO 9001 QMS standards, implementation, and certification procedures. 熟悉ISO 9001质量管理体系标准、实施及认证流程。 3.Results-driven with good communication skills. Effective at cross-functional teamwork to drive quality objectives. 以结果为导向，具备良好的沟通能力，擅于通过跨部门团队协作驱动质量目标的实现。 4.Adapt to independent Willing to travel on business and capable of lifting/carrying up to 20 kilograms for on-site quality operations. 能够适应出差安排，具备搬运20公斤重物的条件与现场作业能力. 5.Good written English skills 较好的英文书写能力。
