Duties and Responsibilities 1 Apply KT/RCA tools to improve the mechanical failure and repetitive failure of key equipment in the factory; 工厂关键设备机械故障和重复性故障，组织运用KT/RCA等工具分析改善； 2 Responsible for mechanical modification, transformation project or complex mechanical maintenance work, service quality acceptance once completed; 负责机械改善、改造项目或复杂的工作任务方案制定，和外部服务质量验收； 3 Communicate with manufacturers and other factories around the world to gradually realize the localization of equipment; 和厂家及全球其他工厂沟通，逐步实现机械设备国产化； 4 Participate in and guide the maintenance work of important equipment or repeated failure, give timely feedback, and coordinate to solve problems; 现场参与和指导重要设备或重复发生机械维护工作，给与及时反馈，并协调解决问题发现； 5 Order and accept key equipment spare parts; 关键设备的部件确认采购和验收； 6 Provide technical support for work plan, including SOP, overhaul standard and safety plan; 为工作计划提供技术支持，包括：SOP, 明确检修内容、检修标准及安全方案; 7 Mechanical equipment drawing and technical data archiving management; 机械设备图纸绘制更新和技术资料归档管理； 8 Participate in FMEA analysis to develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategy; 参与FMEA分析，制定预防性和预测性维护策略； 9 Participate in making and implementing annual skill training plan for mechanical technicians; 参与制定并实施技术员的年度技能培训计划； 10 AM implement 参与自主维护推行实施 11 Other temporary assignments by line manager; 临时安排的其他任务

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience 1 Bachelor degree, major in Mechatronic engineering related ; 本科学历,机械电子工程相关专业； 2 Be good at office software ，CAD，and Solid Edge; 熟练使用办公软件和绘图软件CAD& Solid Edge 3 Be familiar with mechanical industrial standards related ,at least 1 years of non-standard equipment modification experiences; 熟悉机械相关标准，有1年非标设备改造的经验； 4 More than 3 years mechanical maintenance experience in international chemical or food industrials； 3年以上外资化工或食品工厂机械设备维护经验 5 Verbal fluent in English ,be able to communicate with foreign engineers; 英语口语良好，能够和国外工程师沟通交流; 6 Having experience in lean operation, strong willingness lead team to analyze and improve; 熟悉精益生产，积极带领团队持续分析改善 7 Open-minded, result-oriented ,mutual respect and treat team members fairly; 开放、结果导向、互尊公正 8 Can work under pressure 能压力下工作
