1.Inquiry Handling: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing detailed product information and accurate quotations. 2.Order Processing: Communicate customer requirements accurately to the production department and monitor the production schedule. 3.Account Maintenance: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat orders. 4.After-sales Service: Handle customer complaints and quality issues professionally, providing effective solutions to maintain the company’s reputation.

1. Educational Background & Language Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Business English, Marketing, or a related field. English Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English 2. Professional Knowledge & Experience Trade Knowledge: Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.), international payment methods (L/C, T/T, D/P), and export documentation. Industry Experience: Usually 1–3 years of experience in foreign trade. Fresh graduates with exceptional language skills and a "can-do" attitude are often considered for junior roles.
