1.Manufacturing processes quality control, assist in each production lines to control product quality, judge the defect, hold on and rework; 生产过程质量控制，协助各条生产线，控制产品质量，判断不良，隔离，返工等； 2.Manage the Quality Lab by supporting and improving its function and service as it relates to support of the production departments. 实验室工作管理，根据生产实际情况，支持及改进实验室工作内容和服务。 3.Execute the testing requirements of the third-party lab, collect the samples and manage the testing report, including GLP, Fire testing, VOC and so on. 执行第三方实验要求，收集实验样品并管理检测报告，包括GLP、防火测试及VOC测试等。 4.Find all kinds of problem or draw conclusion through data collection, analysis and summary. 通过数据收集、分析和总结发现问题并得出结论 5.Assist in maintaining and updating the quality system according to ISO regulation ensuring it is accurate, adequate and effective. And support to handle the Internal and External system audits. 根据ISO要求，协助质量体系的维护更新工作，确保体系准确、有效、符合要求；协助操作体系的内审及外审。 6.Provide comprehensive support to the Customer Service (CS) team in meeting special customer requirements. 为客服团队提供全面支持，以满足客户的特殊需求和请求。 7.Maintain and manage all product-related technical documentation. Possess a thorough understanding of domestic and international standards applicable to carpet and flooring products. 维护并管理所有与产品相关的技术文档，深入了解适用于地毯及地板产品的国内外标准。 8.Establish and maintain a training system for sales teams and dealers. Conduct regular training programs for sales representatives and distributors. Provide technical support for sales-related projects based on business requirements. 建立并维护销售团队及经销商的培训体系，定期开展面向销售代表和经销商的培训项目。为销售相关项目提供技术支持。 9.Handle customer complaints in accordance with the established complaint management process and site visits as necessary. 依据客诉管理流程处理客户投诉，必要时进行客户拜访； 10.Maintain effective communication with the U.S. Technical and Quality teams to ensure that relevant samples are submitted and shipped in accordance with established requirements. Follow up on testing and evaluation results, analyze and summarize findings, and prepare relevant technical and quality reports. 与美国技术及质量团队保持有效沟通，确保按既定要求提交并寄送相关样品。跟进测试与评估结果，分析并总结相关情况，编制相应的技术与质量报告。 11.New staff training and other quality trainings. 新员工培训及其他相关质量培训。 12.Complete other tasks from Quality Manager. 经理交待的其他事项；

1.Bachelor degree or above for engineering. AT least 3 years of working experience in Quality Engineer. 工科大学或以上。3年以上质量岗位工作经验。 2.Understand the standards, implementation and certification process of Quality Management System such as ISO 9001. 理解管理体系标准，执行，认证过程。 3.Drive for results & make decisions, utilizing good judgement. Good communication skills and willing to cooperate with others, and Leadership skill. 具有良好的执行力、判断力、团队协作能力和领导力。 4.Adapt to independent business trips. Ability to lift 20 kilograms. 适应出差。能举起20公斤的重物。 5.Proficient in English; oral and written, and data analysis software. 熟悉英语和数据分析软件。
